Alternatively switching time of your UPS may be too long.

In any case it seems that when loss of AC power occurs your computer restarts because of sufficiently bad power fluctuation (or very brief power loss a.k.a. "power blip").

Possible remedies:
* try with higher quality PSU
* try with higher quality UPS (or have it checked)

It would be my guess that the UPS is bad, possibly a bad battery.
I would check there first. You can do a quick and dirty test of the UPS by plugging in a fan into one of the backed up plugs. Start the fan then unplug the UPS, if the fan stops you know there is an issue with the UPS. If the fan stays running the UPS could still be bad but that would be a more advanced issue and would require some advanced test equipment to rule it out.
I hope this helps
