You'd be far better off by going with any Tier One or Tier Two unit, e.g anything from Seasonic lineup.

As far as power output (in watts) goes for ZPS-254, that is unknown since iBall hasn't released any official specifications about that junk. But this page here claims that iBall ZPS-254 is either 400W or 450W unit,
