What is the problem when stop working flash 8?

Can someone help me how to solve this problem??.. ("Desktop window manager has stop working and closed" ) ---> this always appears every time I closed flash 8/CS5 application software. And I know my laptop doesn't infected by the virus.

have you updated your video/mb drivers for the laptop. and when last time you updated java/flash/adobe acrobat???
