They required a 600w cause theres so many pc users that uses a generic psu(crap/cheap) and I think because this model has an available extra power connector for the PSU for OC,but I think in stock frequency/clock and everything you can run it in a decent 300w,cause the power needed is only coming from the pci-e x16 lane slot.

Yes, your Corsair vs450 psu will run the GPU,their just exagerating like I said they required a 600w cause theres so many pc users that uses a generic psu(crap/cheap),well if they recommend a 350w PSU,and the user has a generic one and the PSU blows with the other components, the shop will be the one to blame,so their just keeping it safe.

motherboard:asus p5g41t-m lx
processor:intel e5700 @3ghz
500gb hdd,4g ddr3 ram
no overclocking
wil the addition of this card allow me play all games even at low settings at 1366*768 resolution...

it sure will. medium to high possibly with a few tweaks.

The reference cards use 52 watts at load, the MSI card uses just a bit more because of the PCB card mods and the Overclock around 60 watts load. It's a 128 bit card and with the new chip design the just don't need alot of power. I think you could use a good 400 or 500 watt psu and not worry,
with your setup that card can do much better than low or medium settings.

A consistent medium settings, and a tweaked high settings with that resolution!

i bought a zotac GTX 750ti 2gb
i installed in my pc and it run stress test without any problem

i have a Liteon PS-6301-08A 300watt PSu and on the sticker it write

DC OUTPUT :+5v --/20A MAX
:+5v(SB) --/2A MAX
:-12v--/0.5A MAX
:+3.3v--20A MAX
:+12V1--10A MAX
:+12v2--13A MAX

1)Combined Power on +3.3v and +5v rails Not exceed 130w.
2)Combined Power on +12v1 and +12v2 SHALL not exceed 20A
3)At Ambient 25 Celsius total output power shall not exceed 300w
4)At Ambient 50 Celsius total output power shall not exceed 270w

With following standard setup:
WINDOWS 8
Intel Core i7 processor 3770
nVidia GeForce GTX 750 ti
1TB Hard Drive
8GB DDR3 memory
DVD-Super Multi drive
Card Reader
1 fan for the case

i assume that my i7 3370 have a MAx of 90 Watt TDP and GTX 750 TI 70 watt TDP
(90+70)÷12=13A

i have 2 rail 10A +12V and 13A +12v

by the way 300Watt -(90+70+50)watt = 90 watt left
the 50 is the max voltage i think will draw from other components

*BUT THE ABOVE IS ONLY MY OPINION
