How do I know if I'm buying a good cooler when some partners are offering better deals than others. Are three fan coolers quieter? Because I want to get a 2 fan to keep resale value
When it comes to noise, dual fan GPUs are better than triple fan GPUs since on many occasions, one fan out of thee is constantly spinning. Though, triple fan GPUs can have better cooling which also equals to less noise. But if i'd have to pick one, i'd go for MSI Gaming series GPU since those GPUs are known for their great cooling and low noise.

I also have MSI Gaming X series GPU and when my GPU is below 60C, both fans stop, making noise output 0 dB(A). Highest what my MSI GTX 1060 Gaming X 3G has been is 66C during Unigine Heaven benchmark.
