I'm thinking about getting

A pretty decent PCIe x1 video card. But before I do, I want to ask if a 220 Watt Power supply would be enough for it. Please keep in mind this is a PCIe x1. Every where else I ask this question, people keep talking to me about PCIe x12 and x16 and linking me to graphics cards that have nothing to do with PCIe x1.
