What is the recommended resolution for 19 inch LG Widescreen

I got my pc finally, and well, I got this monitor and a GTX 650 1gb graphic card...
I want to know what resolution is recommended for this monitor, I have it on 1280x1024 at the moment.

1280X1024 is not widescreen, go for the highest resolution supported by your monitor (and card ofc), which's 2560X1600.

Usually from the manufacturer's website.

Most 19 inch wide screen LCD monitors have a resolution of 1440 x 900. I don't see that resolution in the list, so as suggested above, you may want to try installing the driver for the display. You should be able to get the driver from LG's website here:

http://www.lg.com/us/support/monitors

You will need to enter the model number for the display, which you should be able to find printed on a sticker on the back of the monitor.

w1934 Security Catalog, ICC Profile and Setup Information.

What is the model of your monitor?
