Question What is the RTX Titan for..?

Ok so everywhere i go i see people whining about this RTX Titan card whenever the name is mentioned, i want to buy one but before i do, what exactly is it for- by this i mean is it designed for corporate use or what, since the previous Titan cards were like the "one" above the XX80 Ti people seem to think this RTX one is for professional use but if that was the case then they'd buy a Quadro right..? the Titan Volta was a similar story

what are the real differences between a 2080 ti and a rtx titan..

It's more than double the price of an RTX 2080 Ti, but only gives like 5-10% more gaming performance. It's a terrible value. You might as well get 2x 2080 Ti for the same price and crush it on those games that allow it.. IF you were wanting to spend that much money.

In simple terms, the Titan series has been the poor professional's graphics card, you know, as in they couldn't afford a Quadro.
You can game on it, but the xx80ti performs close to it, for much cheaper.
