What is the safe temperature of my motherboard?

Motherboard: Gigabyte GA-970A-UD3P AMD Socket AM3+ DDR3 ATX Motherboard.
is 65*c still in the safe temperature? as i was hitting that as a maximum whilst playing arma 2 dayz.

i also forgot to mention that the maximum comes from tmpin1 and is at 43 highest while just using desktop and google.

yes thats a good temp underload. i am guessing that idle is 35-45 C for you?

oh also is this good aswell because im using it with my sidepanel off.

with side panel off it is pretty warm, mayby you could improve on the airflow? also i mentioned your room temp wich is also very important

Depends on where your PC is sitting and what kind of case it is. If its really cramped into a bookshelf or the case is very tiny, or you dont have any case fans, thats a good temperature. Otherwise I wouldnt call it good. Youre clearly missing air flow, unless the ambient temperature is like 40C.
Its still perfectly safe, though.

Below 50C temp is fine. From 50C to 59C is warning but still no problem. Starting from 60C and above is bad temp. Use some case fans for good air flow to lower temps.

im just leaving it off untill i get a extra fan or somthing but ill have alook
