What is the speed of Mini PCIe?

I have looked throughout google, and I can't seem to find how fast mini PCIe is.

Like compared to regular PCIe, is Mini PCIe it like bandwidth wise a 1x or 4x?

Also, does it have gens, so like a Mini PCIe gen 3.0?

Does it have the same power level as a 1x or 4x? If 1x and 4x,8x,16x even have different power levels?
