What is the speed of my ram and at what speed they are running and should be running

How to check what is the speed of my ram and at what speed they are running my rams are 2 x 8gb ddr4 of hyper x fury ram at 2666mhz i see this in bios and i dont have d.o.c.p enabled i have know that i should enable it but i didnt in order to see at what speed my ram are working and thank you.

Use CPU-Z.
https://www.cpuid.com/softwares/cpu-z.html

It will show actual ram frequency.
To get effective ram frequency for DDR type of ram, you multiply actual by 2x.
