What is the speed of Samsung 1GB 2Rx16 PC2-5300S-555-12-A3 Laptop RAM?

I have it in my eMachines e725.

Speecy & CPUZ report that my RAM is @ 332.5 Mhz clock speed.

Since the RAM has PC2-5300S, I wonder if it is really 332.5 mhz or is it actually 667 Mhz which is downgraded to 332.5 mhz because of motherboard?

Anyone please tell me the actual specs of this RAM?

PC2-5300 - it's DDR2 667mhz effective frequency (5300/8).
DDR means - 2 data transfers per clock, so actual frequency is 667/2 = 333mhz.
CPU-Z reports actual frequency (not effective frequency). So everything is correct there.
