Hey brother,
I was curious about the fact that how far can my card go with clockspeed. So, I pushed my card to the limit. My card is a pny rtx 4060 ti 8GB verto dual fan edition.

And found stable on +225mhz core and +1850mhz memory. The resultant core clock and memory clock became :

[Note: Unigine heaven benchmarking tool was used at 1600x900 and extreme settings to benchmark.
Soon I will upgrade my monitor :) ]

[ Stock settings:
Core = 2790mhz
Memory = 9000mhz

Results:
FPS: 163.7
Score: 4125
Min: 45.6
Max: 357.3 ]

Case 1:
Core = 3015mhz (+225)
Memory = 10851mhz. (+1850)

(Note: Increasing above these values causing black screen and artifacting.)

Case 1 Result:
FPS: 176.5
Score: 4447
Min FPS: 56.4
Max FPS: 383.4

Case 2:
Core = Same as case 1
Memory = +1750mhz

Case 2 Results:
FPS: 176.2
Score: 4438
Min FPS: 44.6
Max FPS: 379.9

Case 3:
Core = Same as case 1
Memory = +1600mhz

Case 3 Results:
FPS: 175.7
Score: 4427
Min FPS: 54.1
Max FPS: 380.9

Case 4:
Core = Same as case 1
Memory = +1500mhz

Case 4 Results:
FPS: 175.3
Score: 4416
Min FPS: 49.7
Max FPS: 380.4

Case 5:
Core = Same as case 1
Memory = +1400mhz

Case 5 Results:
FPS: 175.1
Score: 4410
Min FPS: 53.4
Max FPS: 379.8

Case 6:
Core = Same as case 1
Memory = +1250mhz

Case 6 Results:
FPS: 174.3
Score: 4390
Min FPS: 52.0
Max FPS: 378.7

Case 7:
Core = Same as case 1
Memory = +1000mhz

Case 7 Results:
FPS: 172.9
Score: 4357
Min FPS: 46.4
Max FPS: 375.6

All are at default 1.075 voltage. Gpu temperature was hovering between 60-63 degree celcius. And hotspot was 67-69 degree celcius at every presets. Fan was at 65% speed which was about 2100 RPM.

Now I have few questions:

1. Is using the above oc degrade the gpu aka reduce the lifespan?

2. Which preset should I use among all?

[Note: Power consumption is not a factor to me. I need more performance from my gpu. That's why I did not try undervolting]

Thank you for reading till now very patiently. :)

Run one at factory specks and post the results.

Potentially, as you are pushing the video card harder. But by how much is not a known value since it depends on a variety of variables that either aren't understood or simply immeasurable by the average person.

2. Which preset should I use among all?
Case 1 got you the best result, so if pure performance in this particular scenario is all you care about, I think the choice is obvious

Can I run oc daily 24/7 as my temperature in safe range?

Free performance you would never notice without an FPS counter, where as an RX 6800 is faster, for a similar price and will hold up longer with its 16gb VRAM. The 4060ti is simply a terrible value. It wasn't even noticeably better than the 3060ti it replaced.

Rx 6800 new was unavailable at that time.
