Hey I have hp lubin mobo an I don't know what is the PCI-E ×16 version of this mobo? I checked their website

My Asus gtx 750ti has 3.0 bus support so my lubin mobo is capable for providing 3.0 interface? ? In ×16 pci-e slot?
