What is this and how to remove it?

Hello dear people,

What is this and how to remove it? I have bought a new CPU fan and has to install something on the backside of my motherboard and therefore has to detach the motherboard, but this big cable connector is blocking it all! 🙁 I have tried to do some sutff, such as pulling a little.

I cannot wait to get this working.

Looks like the 24Pin power connector coming from the PSU. There should be a latch on the back side. Depress it near the wires and you should be able to unplug the connector.
