Get an i5 and R9 390 as gaming performance differences between the i5 and i7 are small, a better GPU will be much better. Alternatively get a Skylake i5 instead of a Haswell i7 as the Skylake will perform much better.

i will be using the computer for alot of photo editing which i fell i might need the extra power also aswell as gaming
on the power supply look at the xfx units that are rebranded sesonic units. if you can pick up a 750w unit. it give your rig some overhead. a 550-600w is the min size needed for a rig. having a slightly larger unit will let the power supply run cooler and have less fan noise. also if the units on 24/7 for work the larger unit by staying cooler will have longer cap life..heat is the enemy of caps in power supplys.

ive had a quick research i think that i may actually look into swapping it to a xfx power suppy
