My old motherboard was some acer oem from 2012, then new one is Asus P8P67-Pro from 2011 (since i m limited by by cpu socket compatibility).
The old motherboard didn t allow installing any new GPU since it wasn t possible to disable secure boot (problem with that model).

I m facing a noobies problem and looking for help.
I have explained it as best as i could in pictures

I m here for any questions and please i have time restraints

that is the front panel connector -( power switch, reset switch and leds)
the case was made for that motherboard and that plug is too. your current has those three separate from each other.

what you need is something like this: example only not an endorsement, shop around
https://www.amazon.com/Phobya-Front-Panel-Extension-Cables/dp/B00A5TA9CA

these type of cables will allow you to split that plug into the constituent ports and plug them where needed.
the only one that is needed is the power switch. if your creative you could make an extension/adapter for the power switch.

Retail boxed motherboards don't use the Acer front panel connector. That and poor case cooling are good reason to buy a bare PC case instead of reusing the Acer case.

If you prefer rewiring the connections for the front panel, here is the pinout diagram:
