Question What is this defect on a motherboard?

There is a defect on this motherboard around D5 (near CMOS battery) and mostly to the south, as if something had been spilt and then it hardened.

What can it be? Signs of soldering?

The soldering looks very clean so it looks like the resistor burned.
It looks like the damage extended to the chip to the right (right under the #23)
