It's not dried thermal paste stuck to the CPU, it looks as if something was stuck in between the heat sink and the CPU and has now made a hole. I already don't get cooling, for some unknown reason, but any other issues that would come from this?
That seems a bit high on temps for an H100i. I think 240mm radiator should perform much better than that. I got an i7-3820 on a 120mm radiator Intel LC and I get temps at idle under 30C and at load still under 50C!

I personally can only think of a couple things other than OCing LOL! Either it's not mounted properly or the thermal paste was not applied properly or both. Or the fans are running UBER low RPMs!
