What is this error tyring to tell me?

This is gonna look like a thread straight out of 2013 but i tried to launch battlefield 3 a second ago for the first time on pc. It took about 6 years to launch and then this error came up. https://gyazo.com/d221f20695d824863cdb1dd4afe2173b What is it telling me to do?

4690k @4Ghz
1070 G1 Gaming
16 Gb RAM

you need to install DirectX manually
go in to your BF4 folder >_installer > directx > redist > look for DXSETUP install it

then in origin repair install

make sure you have latest NVIDIA drivers

My bad, different game. Thats from another thread.
Have you been playing with windows settings? This thread (http://answers.ea.com/t5/Battlefield-3/Battlefield3-show-DirectX-function-failed-with-DXGI-ERROR/td-p/1647101) was created on the same error message and he was playing with languages.
Try Control panel -> Time, Launguage and Region -> Region -> Administrative tab
Change Language for non-Unicode programs To English(US)
And DXGI_ERROR_INVALID_CALL error will no longer appear...

Oh yeah that worked. I tried that chinese call of duty game a little while ago so it was Chinese simplified. Thanks for the help!
