I am in the market for a new graphics card but I'm on a limited budget so I was checking how much a second hand GTX970 was and I came across this card which seems like a VERY good deal:

but after doing some research I have realised that a 2GB GTX 970 doesn't actually exist, so I was just wondering what this is.

I wander if it is a GTX 660? I has the right amount of GDDR5 and the right bus width. Boy does that bring back memories.

In reality it would be almost impossible to know for sure without lifting the cooler. Often times these spec pages lie; obviously.

the pricing would make much more sense if it was a 660, there seems to be quite a few similar to it in the same price range on ebay though so maybe they know something we don't.

That's a knockoff mate. They send you a GT210 Usually. Youtuber RandomgaminginHD came across it aswell. Another 20 quid from that might get you a decent 750ti which can still kick in games. I wonder... I'd say that looks like a GTX660 If you ask me.
A good budget GPU Is a 750ti Like this Asus one for £75 On Ebay UK But it requires a 6 Pin Connector since It's an Overclock variant which may open a door if you're willing to do that.

Another great card is a 1030 which can be found fairly cheap.

If you have more money to spend i highy recommend the RX470, 1050ti (What I've got) and the 3GB 1060 If you can find a good deal.

I'm not desperate for a new GPU, my RP9 380 4gb is still fairly capable, I was more just checking to see if there were any deals and that listing intrigued me. Thanks for recommending the video, I'll watch that now though.
