So basically someone is selling his GPU under the name HD7000 (AMD) series. But I'm confused about what he means? It could be anything from hd 6700 to hd 7700 or something... but yet still he says its a "7000". He also sent me a GPU-Z screenshot. But I still wasn't able to understand its specs. So anyway here it is: https://imgur.com/a/RHVp2mQ (2 images). (I am suspecting its OEM or something).

Yeah. The Dell subvendor says it's an OEM card. Given the second image, I'd say some variant of the HD7750, unless it's a faked/flashed BIOS. then it could be anything. If the seller is asking for more than about $30, I wouldn't bother and even then, only if you REALLY needed a graphics card.

Yeah, the price he mentioned is 21$. I basically just want to do some gaming, not much.

If it can do "gaming", I really don't like how this card looks, something entry level back in the days.
Look at GPUID Look at PCIE x16 slot, is this card PCIEx16 1.1, not 2.0?

Even with low budget I will look elsewhere. How much max you can spend?

I'm actually an entry level gamer, I only need 25-30 fps in games, don't really care about low settings. Also, my budget is around 50$, In my country graphics cards cost twice as much, so a GTX 750ti is worth 120$ here which I don't wanna get.
