I started to notice a really annoying whiteish dash in the left upper corner of my screen, and i didn't even know what it could possibly be, until i started to get more of those soft light dashes through that upper part of the screen (exactly along the top edge of the screen).
Then i started to realize that those dashes followed a pattern! Chrome! The dashes match exaclty the top "line" of chrome, in the upper edge of screen. I only noticed this, because the dashes started to appear more, and the first one, was getting whiter an ugly.
I found out this is probably is a burn in, right??
So i thought this could be some "design incompatibility of chrome with windows 10 window background", if that makes sense to you.. and i disabled the original window, by using a theme for chrome. And voilá, the dashes where dissipating for a day long using that window theme, but now THERE are new dashes appearing, MATCHING again the spaces between chrome tabs! Even being in slight different places than the others, because the theme changes a bit the chrome, right..
I ONLY get BURN IN WITH CHROME. As far as i saw, NOTHING else, or whatever program i use, leaves any burn.
I screenshoot the screen and the dashes don't appear on it, the screen looks normal in it.
I played those removing burn in videos from youtube, but didn't resolve - but the dashes faded away a bit.
I left the laptop shut down after trying all those tricks, and when i turned it on, THE DASHES where ALMOST GONE. I could barely see them anymore, only putting a more strong solid background on screen i could see some pattern of them yet.
But after using the laptop that day - I MEAN USING CHROME - they started to appear again, as i said forming a new pattern from that new theme.
There is a silly example how it looks like, since i can't screenshot the issue
(the height of the line is 1px~~like if i use chrome window maximized, and the line blurs into a 2~~3px glow if i use chrome not maximized)
Pls give some tips on how to get rid of this, i'm afraid this could spread through my screen (even though the rest is completely fine) - or that i have to replace any hardware and etc.
