What is this icon and how do I get rid of it?

So, I have been getting this odd icon on my screen whenever I boot into any game. It doesn't matter whether it's Steam, Origin, or anything. Oddly enough, that little arrow at the top seems to be triggered by climaxes in music volume. It doesn't hinder performance or anything, it's just annoying. Any suggestions anyone?

i imagine it is from some software you downloaded, go through installed programs and look for any that you don't know of.

Found it, it was a program called Nahimic. It looks cool, and I don't think it was optimized right, but if I took the time to optimize it it might actually help me in games. Thanks for the help!
