What is this keyboard layout?

Hi Tom's Hardware people,

I have a keyboard with a strange QWERTY layout. The question mark is in a different place, @ sign too, etc. I need this for someone for work. Is this layout familiar to anyone?

Where did that keyboard come from? The "user", i.e., someone at work?

Any make and model information on the keyboard?

Do the keys actually "type" per the layout shown or do the keys type what would normally be typed with regards to the key location pressed.


Examine what each key press actually does. May help figure things out.

My immediate thought is that someone just messed up/messed with the key covers.

Poor or no QA. Counterfeit keyboard even.....
