Question What is this line in the middle of my screen?

So Ive been using two monitors for awhile now.. Recently, I just got my hands on a 3070 and decided to bump my quality game to a 2k monitor and after a week or so of using it if less I started getting this little line in the middle of my screen. It doesnt appear when i reboot or am in my bios but will appear on one of my other monitors then jump to the 2k monitor.. What is even going on?? I havent dealt with this before and i know for sure they arent dead pixels if you can see them on Lightshot The new monitor is Gigabyte M27Q https://prnt.sc/1jzaobk

Its with everything, it will go to my other monitor first that i have in a portrait orientation for a bit then move over to my new one. It wont go to the middle one specifically lol

It could be the result from a supernatural force (according to Ed Warren) LOL.

If you can capture it in screenshot, it's from the GPU's memory.

Thats weird.. Is it maybe because I oc'ed it? I have a brand new 3070 that i just got so i dont see why it would do that or how
