Question What is this mark on the screen? Samsung G9 NEO

I am sure these have only appeared in the last month or so. Two shapes that look like eyebrows, one on the left and the most noticeable on the right, not always visible but extremely noticeable with a moving image on screen like a game. I have only found one old Reddit post about the same thing but there were no answers.
What could cause this? What can be done about it?

most likely faulty panel
some monitors have maintenance settings or similar, maybe in the osd you can run such option and get it running normally
usually you will have to RMA it, warranty
