[SOLVED] What is this "Meet Now" thing on my system tray?

Hey there! Just restarted my pc and then I looked on my bottom right and saw this "Meet Now" button on my system tray. First I thought it was that I had zoom opened but it was completely closed. Then I saw it and Microsoft add another useless crap. Is there a way to uninstall this?

Hmm ok. I can't see anything about removing it in that article. Is it just impossible to do it?

Right click the icon and choose hide.. t's not a new program or anything just a shortcut and advertising for Skype(owned by Microsoft).

it randomly started showing on taskbar for me this week as well, Microsoft trying to get people to use their contacts app? Next they expect me to use the mail app as well.
