What is this motherboard?

Hello guys.

I want to a Intel Motherboard with the sockets 1150 or 2011 with all the following specs:

• 
  - max 64GB RAM 2800Mhz (or 3000Mhz) in QUAD-CHANNEL
  - USB 3.0
  - PCI-e x16 3.0
  - Thunderbolt (2 ports, if possible)
  - more than 4x SATA3

Preferentially ASUS, Intel, Gigabyte or AsRock. If you find other brands, post the links.

No LGA 1150 mobos support 64 GB of RAM (not a 100% sure, though) and while LGA 2011 mobos support PCIe 3.0, no LGA 2011 processors support it yet.

There are boards supporting 64 gb though (ex: http://www.msi.com/product/mb/Z87-XPOWER.html ), but LGA 1150 CPUs support 32GB only as per Intel specs.
With 16GB memory modules available, it would be interesting to see if CPUs support it.
