[SOLVED] What is this on my GPU pcb??? Is the Gpu going bad?

Hello,

I opened this gpu today for some cleaning and reapplying thermal paste and I saw some burnt ash on the mosfets as well as it seems something is leaking..... I am not an expert so can you tell me what this is?

I have circled the areas in question.

ON pcb - that looks like flux residue. Nothing to worry about.

That "burnt ash" - probably dust particles (slightly cooked).
