What is this part called? [Acer Aspire 5551]

Hello everyone,

I'm trying to figure out what this part would be called and if it can be ordered. It seems like it is a washer nut, but I am unsure. It is used with a screw to hold the left hinge of the laptop onto the laptop itself. However, this piece is broken off and is no longer connected to the laptop, meaning I can no longer attach the left hinge onto the laptop. I was actually thinking about hot gluing or guerrilla gluing the piece back onto the laptop, but wasn't sure how well that would work.

typically a PEM nut.

hot glue is great for attaching pine cones to wreaths. it's absolute garbage for anything structural. use JB Weld if you can.

Edit: Tried guerrilla glue but it doesn't work well. Guess I will try getting some jb weld.
