Question What is this sound? is it normal?

i have been hearing this sound for a day and i guess that comes from my psu but im not sure, anyways here is the sound (that other loud thing is my intel stock cooler.
The problem is that, that electrical buzzing that i guess it comes from the psu, you need to hear it at full volume (i recorded the audio next to the psu)

What PSU and what GPU? Does it do it at random times or only under load?

My PC Specs:
Intel Core i7-7700 3.6 ghz (turbo boost up to 4.20 ghz)
2x 8GB RAM DDR4 2400 MHZ
MSI GAMING X GTX 1060 3 GB (factory overclocked i guess, its at 1939 mhz core clock and 4006 mhz memory clock according to MSI Afterburner)
PSU: EVGA 550 watts (yes, it has that noise when standby but the noise is too low comparing at when im gaming)
HDD: Western digital 1 tb
SSD: ADATA 128 GB
FANS: CPU FAN, 3x Chassis fan
Motherboard: ASUS H110M-K

when my pc is idling, you can barely hear it, i mean, its still there, it just makes less noise
