Question What is this startup item?

The startup item " Scanner and DCssupport " with the description " Provides image acquisition services for scanners and cameras " doesn't show in the Windows 10 task manager Startup tab, but will show up in my Advanced SystemCare RC Pro system summary under startup items. I want to uninstall whatever software this is, especially since the program doesn't even show up on a system wide file search; via the tag shown in Advanced SystemCare startup items. (They don't give you the option when disabling startup items to see the file location, so this will be tough) Looking the tag up on google gave me information about barcode scanners, but the program description also implies that it monitors cameras connected to the system. (which i thankfully do not, and will never have) But this seems to be a big issue considering the fact that it does not appear on the windows 10 task managers startup section, and cannot be easily found on the system. ANY HELP IS MUCH APPRECIATED.
