What is this thing on my screen when it starts up?

I have Dell Inspiron 5558
and this little weird box appears whenever i open my laptop.

it only appears 2-3 times a week but it annoys me.

Could be just about anything really.

Here's some general tips:
- scan your system for viruses using reputable software (norton, mcaffee, kapersky, bitdefender, avg paid version, eest, trendmicro, malwarebytes, etc)
- update windows until there are no more updates
- update your system drivers (from the dell website)
