Question What is this thing with my wifi adapter?

So, i just got my fresh pc up and running, installed os and then i got my wifi drivers (running a windows 7 ultimate x64). Nothing helps at least what i tried but my other pc has no trouble with it. So what causes this and how do i fix it? It goes like press connect, asks password, then just says windows cannot connect to this network.

Oh yes, forgot to mention, my wired connection through my phone is so slow, all steam downloads load at 500 kb/s
