All the Cs on the board stand for capacitors.

The F is a fuse.

The Js are for junctions.

The Rs are resistors

The Us appear to be microprocessors of some sort.

Hard to tell without seeing the other parts but I would guess power regulation or the volume/amplitude control for a signal.

The junctions make it appear to be only a single card of a much larger circuit.

It was in an old pc I had bought. It was connected to a nzxt usb hub inside the case. Don't really see a point to it. Thanks though.
