[SOLVED] What is this?

Hi, have anyone ever encountered this error?
Also, safe mode doesn't work, it just takes me back to this screen.
Also, I can't seem to figure out how to post a pic of the error...

Oh. It worked

I moved the hdd from a Celeron pc (the mobo died) to a core2duo pc. Then this keeps poping up.

Sometime you can't run windows installed on another system.

^That's most likely it.

I'd say that rule of thumb can't. Only if the hardware are similar enough, but judging from your errors, u must re-install Windows from clean.

Ok. Got a new hdd, going to do a fresh install and see what happens, i'll post my results, thank you for the input guys
