What is to do about the lines in the main screen

hello i have the second montior screen hooked up an there is no lines showing on the second screen so what can be wrong with the main screen

so what can be wrong with my loading of the first screen to have all the vertical color lines in the screen. i did receive the answer for the first question an it not the graphic card or the chip so its something with the resolution is to high or 32- 64 bit.
