i search up i7-7700 rx 5700 xt bottleneck and i go to ltt website and they say the bottleneck. and the i7-6700 rx 5700 xt bottleneck says 24

so what is the i7-7700and rx 5700 xt bottleneck?

Bottleneck calculators are garbage and should be avoided as they don't account for the game nor monitor resolution. If your pairing either of those CPU's with a RX 5700 XT at 1080P or higher then they will pair fine.

If your on 1080P or lower and the GPU usage is low on a fairly new game then utilize AMD VSR as it will run the game at a higher resolution then scale it back to the native resolution. Doing so will could make the game look better over AA settings and better utilize the GPU.

... "bottleneck" is not something you can put a number to.

Those components are pretty reasonably matched.
