Question what is tops_italia

Hi

Does anyone know what it is when there's a "Phone" unit
named tops_italia under the place in control panel called "Network"
below where your computer icon and it's name and router icon and it's name also is shown?

When I click on the tops_italia It says

Producer: TomTom
Model: TomTom Bridge
Model number: TomTom Bridge

There's also a MAC-adress but I dunno if that's something you shouldn't share

I tried looking up if my phone had anything called TomTom on it but I couldn't.
It's a samsung galaxy

The icon with "phone" tops italia appears and disappear all the time. And it's there when my phone is not connected to the internet.

I have windows 10 on my computer

I'd change your WiFi network password and see if that thing comes back.
