Could be many things.

What capacity is this drive? How full is it?
Could be just 'adata'. They are pretty low budget and kind of junky.
i purchase it like 2 months ago capacity of 120gb i use only 30-40gb of it remaing of 76gb++ i have another harddrive 250gb and its for my game and videos i think i must change my sata cable? because its showing only 250mbps transfer mode 300/600 i really hate this so do you have solution

On H57/Q57 chipset all sata ports are SATA2 (3Gb/s).

You can get SATA 3 on this board only with add on PCIE sata 3 controller card.

The Q57 is a very old chipset (launched Q1 2010). The PCI Express speed is the limiting factor. You won't get the full speed from your SSD unless you replace your motherboard. Sorry.
