I booted up my computer and I was met with:

Intel UND1, PXE-2.1 (build 003)

Realtek PCIe GBE Family Controller Series v2.52 (11/28/12)

CLIENT MAC ADDR: 74 DO 2B 96 1F 17 GUID: ########-####-####-####-######
DHCP../ (<- kept spinning)

After about 30 seconds it came up with another line I can't remember and booted into BIOS. This happened to me about a month ago and I had to switch the boot order, then it worked fine, this time, I unplugged the SATA cable to my hard drive, restarted and it booted to Windows 7 (I have an SSD). After this happened I plugged it back in just to check and I expected it to go to the same screen as before but it booted just fine. I can go into the drive with windows explorer and all my files are there. I'm just a little worried as to what might be wrong if at all. I have this program called CystalDiskInfo and it says my HDD is "Good" but it does not have "100%" underneath like it says with my SSD. By the way the hard drive in question is a Toshiba DT01ACA200 (2TB) - I got it in late 2013.

Any answers are appreciated, I just need to know what is going on :)

Hey there, BoKa1337!

I'd recommend you to run a malware/virus scan on your computer. Everything seems to be okay with the drives. The diagnostic tool usually doesn't display any percentages for mechanical hard drives, so I don't think you have anything to worry about here.
The last error line might be indicating something wrong with your network connection. I guess you can also try to reinstall the drivers for the network and update them using your motherboard's website (check for any updates on your model).

Hopefully this will fix this error. Keep me posted though. :)
Good luck!
