+What is User disabled?

Everytime I start my computer I get the error message User Disabled (409).
This account was disabled due to inactivity. Please go to Myaccount on website and log in to enable.
I don't have a clue what this is about. Everything seems to be working normally.
Googled it and nothing.
Any help appreciated.

Thank you Mr Kagouris for your response.
It doesn't tell me what website. The only info is what I show in my post and that's why I'm clueless on this.
I have checked virtually all my accounts (email, security, etc.) and they all work.
I don't have any idea what account is disabled and that is why I made my post.
I'd include a snapshot of the message but don't see a link for that here.

Do you have any software from Okta? Also, press the windows key + R and write MSCONFIG. Check the Boot and Services tabs for any program that requires an account that you haven't checked.

Will get back to you. Not familiar with OKTA. Will try the Win +R and see what's there.
Clicked on the Picture and Control P and all I get is Script Prompt and URL with blank box. How do I get the snip?
Please excuse my ignorance on some of this.

You need to upload the snip somewhere (imgur or whatever cloud service you're using are good examples) and then use the URL of the image from there.
