i have not read any reviews on it but past cards stayed cooler with the watercooling and allowed for longer boost speeds. there was a small fps boost with the watercooled card, but the real benefit was more consistent speeds so smoother overall frames.

they are worth it for a bit more money but for $100 more i'd personally pass. i see a $20 difference on partpicker. for that i'd go for it if you have the room
The Waterforce features an AIO cooling solution. That's liquid cooling.

The WATERFORCE all-in-one cooling system is a pre-assembled and pre-filled liquid solution that provides the easiest way for installation. The optimized pump and water block deliver the most efficient water flow and cooling performance at a lower noise level.

Yes, obviously it is better, but this also depends on the usage and purpose of the GPU. For extreme overclocking, some AIOs might help cool the card better than other models, which lack liquid cooling. It also comes with it's own RAD. For basic gaming use, I don't think it's worth investing on an AIO model, unless you are a hardcore/enthusiast Gamer.

Liquid cooling is the best way to cool a CPU/GPU because water transfers heat much more efficiently than air. Liquid cooling also makes your PC run quieter because you won’t have fans constantly running at a high RPM. However, liquid cooling a PC can also be dangerous if water leaks onto hardware (by mistake/accident).
