Its a trojan, and why is it still on your PC?I use Avast free.Scan my computer and Avast find a win32:BotX-gen (trj).I can't scan with virustotal. What is a BotX-gen?Keylogger,ransomware,data copier or something? Can i understand what it is doing on my computer?
Actually i deleted it.I'm just wondering. I think he stayed on my computer for a while. What could he have done in that time?BotX-gen does the species have its own characteristicsIts a trojan, and why is it still on your PC?
The exact workings don't matter. Why it is still there matters.
had warned in other programsI am distrustful of some offered free scans , as they might be incentivized towards pushing you to buy their paid products.
Install Malwarebytes Antimalware, and/or Hitman Pro 64, and scan away, let them delete whatever they find.
It could have done multiple things:Actually i deleted it.I'm just wondering. I think he stayed on my computer for a while. What could he have done in that time?BotX-gen does the species have its own characteristics
