What is wrong with my computer!!!???

Hello,
I was using my computer today, turned it off, and just turned it back on a few hours later. The first thing I noticed was this Solitaire game installed that I have never seen before, then I saw a minesweeper game installed that I have never seen before. I loaded up GTA V, and it asked me to log into Rockstar games despite the fact it is set to auto login. I logged in and loaded up the game, and it started a new game. Everything I had on the start menu and task bar is removed, the system font is a little bit different now, my Chrome extensions have been deleted, the "My Documents" shortcuts are directing to some place inside "System 32," and a bunch of other things are messed up. I tried a virus scan with AVG and Norton, and found nothing. It is almost like the computer is in safe mode, but it is not.

What could be wrong?

UPDATE: The directories are all messed up--my desktop has a few things on it, but is not the same as what it used to be and is missing a bunch of stuff. C>Users>Me>Desktop is what it should be.

Probably a virus. This stuff doesn't just happen out of the blue unless malicious code is being executed. I would fresh install the OS.

I would first try a system restore to a time before you saw the issue.

I ended up having to format the HDD and reload Windows and put everything back manually. I'm going to back up the computer so I don't have this problem again.
