What is wrong with my computer!?!?!

I have a very good computer. But with any game, Even insurgency, I LAG Badly, usually on bigger maps.

My PC Specs Are:
12.GB Ram
GTX 970 OC Edition 4GB
AMD FX 6320 6 Core Processor
I have a 600 w power supply.

No matter what game, What setting, it runs like crap. I just got this computer a week ago, This should not be happening.

Any help would go a long way, I am at my wits end with this computer.
