Microsoft Edge browser became really buggy all of a sudden. I've done a clean Windows install soon after that (WIn10 build 1607), but the problem is still there. I have tried reinstalling the browser only, but no successGPU drivers are up to date (R9 380). It only happens in Edge, all other browsers are fine.

This kind of a twitch happens every now and then and I have to restart the browser so I can use it normally. It happens in all kinds of situations, while browsing, being open in the background or being completely idle. The apps which are running simultaneously become unresponsive until I minimize/ maximize/ switch between them.

Solution
i would make a new user (or use the local account you made) and make it admin, and copy all the folders from your old user in c/users/username and copy it over new one, that will give access to all documents. It only takes a few minutes to set up browsers, and link onedrive again.

I am using a local account myself after my original user stopped working properly.

It would seem a setting on your normal logon is to blame. I can only guess the bad setting was synced to your account, I am not sure how you clear those settings as they must be stored by MS. There must be a way but I am not sure what it is - I can find how to do it on 8 but the 10 page I found no longer works...

I have reset it before with no results. It worked normally on the other account. What do I do now?
