I really appreciate everyone who has the time to read this.

About three weeks ago I turned my PC on for about 2 hours, I went to another room and when I came back my computer was on the screen that you get when you first boot your pc ( the one that tells you your recognized peripherals like your keyboard and mouse) . I then clicked on F1 to bios and I restarted my pc and everything seemed to work fine. I kept it on for a couple of hours and It wouldn't turn off. I can play War thunder on Max settings and the PC wouldn't turn off. I think my problem is not my Graphics Card I can play graphic intensive programs without any problems. My temps are also pretty normal I ran furmark and my highest temp was 72 degrees Celsius. My cpu temps are also okay. It is very hot here and my idle cpu temps are around 29 to 35. Recently my PC has been turning off and going to the screen I mentioned earlier.

My system specs

CPU:i7-6700k
GPU:Gigabyte gtx 980 ti Xtreme gaming
Ram: 16 GB of corsair DDr4 Ram
CPU Heatsink:Cooler Master 212 evo
MOBO: ASUS VIII ROG Hero Alpha
PSU: EVGA Supernova P2 850
Case: Phanteks Enthoo Luxe
Storage:Samsung evo SSD 500GB
Optical Drive: Samsung optical drive
I'm running Windows 10

Because its hot my family use AC coolers that mount on our windows. The moment we power them on our lights kinda dim and then shine normally I've heard this is called power sag. My computer usually does this when all my family has the AC on. I'm not sure if this Is the problem but I want to see your guys input.

Thank you in advance

Solution
Have your family help you test this out by turning the AC on while you watch it. If it happens then that's your problem, if not it might be a PSU issue.
