Can no longer open many of my files, mostly saved videos, memes, gifs etc, however microsoft store, films and tv and photos all don't open. When I do a scan of my main ssd it apparently needs to be fixed but whenever I restart and the boot menu says its repairing the drive, nothing changes.

Solution
Cpu: r5 3600

Gpu: rx 6600

SSD#1 : crucial P1 1tb
This is the main ssd i use and the only one that the system says is corrupted

SSD#2 : crucial p1 500tb
Unused at the moment

Mobo: msi b550m pro vdh wifi

so far i have only tested the ssd through windows (right clicking on the drive in file explorer, going to tools and clicking on the error checking check)
not very ssd literate so I haven't done any other tests
Using chkdsk.
Reseat the 1TB in it's slot....test.
Remove the 500GB.....test.
Move the 1TB to the 500GB slot....test.

To start, give us a full parts list of this system.
Second, what tests have you done on the SSD?
